Psycho- Diagnostic Analysis:
Psycho-diagnostic tests are valid and reliable forms of psychological assessment, providing a complex understanding of thought processes and personality characteristics done by a professional psychologist. Various tools for assessment like Q&A tests and in depth interviews are used to analyse the interests of the student.

Skill Set Analysis:
The skills that the student has developed over time are evaluated and documented by psychologist, which helps to understand the competence and experience of the student during different levels of childhood.

Passion Analysis:
The passion a student has for something really determines not only how successful he/she will be at it, but also how far they’re willing to go to get to where they want to be. According to some of the most successful leaders, passion is what fuels and keeps one’s confidence train running. So to analyze the student's interest is utmost important.

Examination based on Analysis:
After all the consecutive analysis the shortlisted potentials by our experts are examined and verified in person so as to be confirmed. The student is meticulously tested so as to be sure of the specific potential that could be developed in the future.

Career Choices:
Upon the approval of the student’s potential by the psychologist, the student is presented with various shortlisted career options based on both their potential and skill set. The student has to select the viable choice based on his/her interest.

Internship with experts:
The students are arranged for an internship with experts in the career field selected by the student. The time duration varies with the availability and interest of the student. This helps them to explore and learn the prerequisite for the selected career option.

Corroboration:
Certification and report on the student’s experience after prior feedback from the student. This is to confirm with the career the student has selected and to endorse his/her course for their successful career.
